LPP Developments is an independently owned organisation and our core business is the strategic promotion of residential and commercial land through the planning system enabling the maximisation of land value 

Until recently many landowners in a position to be selling land for development would invariably enter into the traditional ‘option' agreement with house builders.  The concept of this kind of agreement would give the house builder the option to buy the land at a discount price, once a suitable planning permission had been obtained.

Since the dawn of time this type of agreement has been widely criticised due to a number of fundamental flaws, in that either party is completely misaligned.  The house builder wants to pay as little for the land, whilst the landowner clearly wants as higher price as possible.

LPP Developments has recognised this misalignment and has developed a strategy that allows for a collaborative approach with landowners, thus increasing profit share. 

We believe that through our technical knowledge and expertise when working with the planning system we can deliver sustainable developments to the south east whilst retaining competitive tension, despite the hardened market.
