Kingsnorth Gardens, Folkestone
LPP Developments has recently purchased a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment with basement area and large private garden in the heart of the west-end of Folkestone. This extensive ground floor apartment is of the Victorian era and features complex decorative ceilings and surround mouldings, including original working fireplaces, surrounds and halves. The property was purchased in a dilapidated condition and has undergone classic restoration to its original state, although with hints of modernistic undertones and the latest gadgetry.
Whilst the property is close to the town centre and within 2 minutes walk of the HS1 link to central London (travel time approximately 57 minutes) it is also situated adjacent to the famous Kingsnorth Gardens. These formal gardens occupy 3.2 acres of well cultivated land and provide a peaceful retreat for the local residents.

Manor Road, Brandon
LPP Developments have entered into a 15 year promotional agreement to secure planning consent for residential development on 18 acres of land on the northern edge of Brandon in East Anglia.
A masterplan has been drawn up for 236 dwellings, and a new village green. It is hoped that the site will be allocated in the Local Development Framework in the early part of next year, and a full planning application would be lodged shortly after.
Following Examination in Public the Core Strategy has been returned to the LPA with formal adoption to follow. The Site Allocations DPD is being produced, informed by the Core Strategy and inspectors recommendations in which Land at Manor Road is being taken forward into this document as a preferred option.

Sellindge
LPP Developments secured a Promotion Agreement on 50 acres of land specified as a Preferred Option in the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment. In coalition with The London Planning Practice, the land is currently being promoted for inclusion within the Site Allocations DPD as part of the LDF for 200-300 residential units.
Shepway District Council have successfully received funding from the DCLG and DEFRA for the strategic delivery of rural housing and business. The funding, intended to enable a masterplanning exercise in Sellindge, is seen as positive as it indicates a desire to facilitate development.
